St. Polycarp
The Apocalypse 2:8-11. John 15:18-21

Know, in the depths of your inner being, that the Son of Man, beloved and loving Son of the Most High, suffers still in the Father’s world, first because of the alienation of the one and many from the Father’s will and loving purpose and secondly in all who suffer. Pray that Our redeeming, sanctifying love be so strong in you that We may witness to the Father’s loving purpose and be the means of bringing others to His Presence through the grace and power of My indwelling and the light and leading of Our Holy Spirit.

The sufferings of the Son of Man are challenge and inspiration to the faithful in the way and obedient to the Father’s will and loving purpose. The crown of life is given to all faithful to the end, resurrection and fulness of eternal life in the glorious Presence of the Most High, with the concourse of the faithful in our love from all times and places from the beginning even to the end.
