Genesis 6:5-8, 7:1-5, 10. Mark 8:14-21

A listening ear, a mind and heart responsive to the word received, and faithfulness in the way – these are essential for knowledge of the Father’s will and progress in it. All travelling in the way learn by trial and error, through success and failure and in the grace and power of Our love. Respond, then, and follow faithfully in faith and trust and absolute self-giving.

The word is given to all who seek it and pray for understanding and obedience in the way. The resources of the faithful the true of heart are boundless, for they issue from your heavenly Father’s love and they are more than adequate through the grace and power Our indwelling.
