The Holy Innocents
1 John 5:2-2:2. Matthew 2:13-18

Pray for the victims of the wickedness of others and for all who suffer in those harmed or hurt or killed. But pray, too, for those who plot to hurt or harm others and for all involved in carrying out their will. They were brought into the world to fulfil the Father’s will and loving purpose: I died for them and Our Holy Spirit grieves for them until the end of time. Pray that they be brought to realise their part in the evil done and repent, even at the eleventh hour.

Rejoice that the innocent and pure in heart are in the Father’s Presence through all eternity, and glorify His Holy Name for all made perfect in His Love.
