2 Maccabees 1:1-4, 2:1-5 Luke 18:35-43

Purity of heart and singleness of mind enable faithfulness and empower right action. They are the Father’s gifts to all who seek to resist evil and take their stand against the tyranny of evil men.

I call the sons of men in every place and race and faith and time to take their stand against those who seek to demand action contrary to the Father’s will and loving purpose. And how may they identify His will and be faithful to it except by responding to His word in love and in self-giving? I, the Father’s Love Incarnate and His Incarnate Word am close to every one of the Father’s beloved sons and daughters who seek to follow as they are led and guided.

Stay close to me, believing, and We will give you grace and power to continue faithful even to the end where the crown of life awaits all the faithful and obedient in The Way.
