St. Leo the Great
Ecclesiasticus 19:8-14. Matthew 16:13-19

All followers in the way of faith and righteousness are given the ways and means of progressing in the Father’s will and loving purpose. As they respond in love and in self-giving through their endowments in person and in circumstance so are they given wisdom, understanding and opportunities for employing them in the Father’s world. The truly great in the history of man down countless ages are those who used their gifts of knowledge ad of understanding in faithful service of the Father as they were led and guided by Our Holy Spirit and in the grace and power of My indwelling.

All are called to loving service and self-giving to the Father and His world, all endowed with the necessary potential and progressed as they respond and continue faithful in the way. And all come to their reward in the Father’s Presence in fellowship with all the faithful of all times and places.
