Hebrews 1:15-17, 20-21. Mark 6:30-34

Glorify the Father in your faithfulness and in your love: rejoice in His will and thank Him for the grace of His empowering. All are His gifts through My indwelling and the light and guiding of Our Holy Spirit. Continue in commitment to the Father’s will in all things and offer all you are and all you are becoming and all He gives you to do and suffer to His loving purpose. And unite your prayers and your commitment with all with whom We call you to associate in the fulfilment of the eternal covenant in Our love.

But realise the necessity of withdrawal from activity and from the busyness of the world and the mind’s involvement in it. We call you to the discipline of quiet contemplation that We may enter mind and heart and minister in the deep places of the soul. From such relaxed but concentrated commitment in Our loving Presence you will be rested and inspired for service.
