St. Stephen
Acts 6:8-10, 7:54-59. Matthew 10:17-22

The power of Our Presence which brought all things into being enters the centre of all ready to receive it. The Creator Lord, Father of the sons of men, creates all that lives on the earth’s surface. I, His Partner in creation and His re-creating power, seek to bring all to wholeness and perfection. Our Holy Spirit inspires and empowers for action in the glorious, cosmic, loving purpose.

Stephen was the first to reveal through his faithfulness, even through hostile judgment and cruel death, the reality and the glory of eternal truth and a glimpse of the reward of one faithful to the Father’s loving purpose.

That purpose is to bring all pursuing truth in love and self-giving, seeking the Father’s will in faith and trust, to the fulness of His glorious purpose and become a witness to the one and many in every generation.
