Jesus said, "I tell you most solemnly , unless a wheat grain falls on the ground and dies, it remains only a single grain: but if it dies it yields a rich harvest … wherever I am, My servant will be there too."
John 12:24-26

All that a man possesses is given him by the Father, and it is the Father's will and loving purpose that each child of man should come to his perfection and fulfilment.

Each follower of Mine learns, as he pursues his way, that his ability to receive and use those gifts the Father offers him increases as he gives himself in love and in self-giving. This too We give to all who follow faithfully: We are his love, his light, his power for action. Each faithful follower comes to that unique perfection the Father purposed for him before time was through Our saving, sanctifying love.

The means and the reward are in and through the power of My Indwelling. The cost is high, for it demands the total self and a willingness to share My suffering. Suffering and pain inevitably come to all in this, the Father's glorious, fallen world. But all who identify with Me and give themselves in love and selflessness transform it through the power of My Indwelling and are themselves transformed.
