Jesus said, "The Son of Man must be lifted up as Moses lifted up the serpent in the desert. So that every one who believes may have eternal life in Him."
John 3:13-15

How may the Son of Man be lifted up unless it be through the hearts and minds and witness of those who believe in Him, know and love Him? And how may He be known and loved save through the identification in life and purpose of those who believe in Him?

All who live in Me have died to sin ad self-love: not that they are yet perfect or free from failure in the way. That they are in the way is their assurance of perfection in the end, for I am the way, and all who are in Me I Progress and perfect in time and eternity.

And all who live in Me are lifted up with Me in joy and suffering and fulfilment of the Father's loving purpose. So do they challenge and inspire those children of the Father who are yet outside the fold. But it is I in them who speak and challenge and invite. I am the hope, salvation, perfection and fulfilment of every one who lives or ever will.
