Ecclesiasticus
2:1-13. Mark 9:30-37
‘In quietness and in trust
shall be your strength’ at
all times and in every situation.
(Isaiah 30:15.) Be patient, for
’the Lord is compassionate
and merciful; He forgives sin, and
saves in times of distress’
(Ecclesiasticus 2:13.)
The way of the Most High for the
Son of Man was ‘through the
trials and tribulations of this
mortal life’ even to the end.
As the Father’s beloved Son
yielded up His life with the words
‘Father, it is accomplished
……..into your hands
I commit My spirit’,
so was salvation offered to all
the sons and daughters of the Father’s
love, and the call given to follow
in The Way offered to one and all.
Pray that Our loving Holy Spirit
lead and guide you at all times
in this mortal life and that you
may continue faithful as you seek
to follow in the steps of the Son
of Man in faith and trust and absolute
self-giving, even to the end.
