James 5:1-6, Mark 9:4-50
How is it that the beloved brothers and sisters of the Son of Man can live in comfort enjoying the good things of their heavenly Father’s world while others are in need? Not one day should pass when each child of man does not think about and pray for and take some positive action for those without the safety, security and material satisfactions that they enjoy. I speak to one, I speak to all.
It is not only according to your open-handedness and your readiness to help where there is need as you are informed and challenged by the needs of others and the light and guiding of Our Holy Spirit that you will be judged. You are also called to holiness and self-giving according to the pattern of the Son of Man who lived and died that all might have life and have it in abundance. You will come to perfection and fulfilment in the fulness of eternity and become a channel of Our light and life and love in time according to the Father’s will and loving purpose as you respond to His Word in the grace and power of His Love in faith and trust and absolute self-giving.
Through My indwelling and the light and guiding of Our Holy Spirit the Father’s will is done in and for the one and many in the Father’s world by the faithful in and through Our redeeming, sanctifying and empowering Love.
