St. John of the Cross
1 Corinthians 2:1-10. Luke 14:23-33

Life and light and truth are offered to all who with a pure mind and open heart give themselves to the will and loving purpose of he Most High in the grace an power of Our love. But it must b a total giving if progress is to be made, with prayer and emptying of self so that the King of Glory may come in.

And from the throne in the heart and mind of the faithful and the true of heart the King of Glory speaks the word of love to others that one by one and increasingly they may be drawn into the everlasting Kingdom of Eternal Love as Our Holy Spirit enters, cleanses, fortifies, leads and guides them.

The Son of Man took up His cross according to the Father’s will and loving purpose and in time and through eternity welcomes into the Father’s Presence all who follow Him in the grace and power of Our loving.
