The gates of heaven are
open to the faithful ad
the pure in heart but the
way to them must be through
Cedron Valley and Gethsemane.
How could it be otherwise
for those who follow in
the footsteps of the Son
of man and seek the Father’s
will in faith and trust
and in self-giving?
Follow, then, as you are
led and guided by Our Holy
Spirit that the good purpose
of the Father’s perfect
will be done in you, and
through you in others in
the way – I speak
to one, I speak to all faithfully
committed in Our redeeming,
sanctifying love.
It is written, ‘they
that wait upon the Lord
shall renew their strength’:
I am the Way, the Truth,
the Life.
