The Beheading of John the Baptist
Jeremiah 1:17-19. Mark 6:17-29

Listen to the word spoken constantly in your heart and mind. Pray ceaselessly for understanding and commitment to it, with power to respond in faith and absolute self-giving. The Word is powerful to fulfil all the Father wills and purposes in all faithfully committed in Our redeeming, sanctifying love.

All who witness to the word they receive from Him who speaks it – as they are led and guided by our Holy Spirit – will experience opposition from those rejecting it – sometimes even death.

I, the Father’s Word incarnate, witnessed - through My death – to the Father’s love. His love is revealed through my resurrection. The grace and power of My risen life is offered to all through Our loving Holy Spirit: I, the Father’s Love Incarnate, promise it.
