Acts 2\;14a, 36-41. 1 Peter 1:17-21. Luke 24:13-35

The cost of your redemption may be seen and dimly understood as you meditate on the empty cross and Who it was who suffered for you. The truth of my resurrection may be seen in the empty tomb, its power and joy experienced as you welcome my risen life into heart and mind.

And as the bread given by the Father is taken, blessed and broken in company with the faithful I am present, blessing and empowering all receiving it to be Our Presence in the Father’s world through the dynamic of Our Holy Spirit.

Live in the joy and power of these truths and let the knowledge keep you in the way in fellowship and self-giving. So shall we bring you and all with whom you travel into the fulness of eternal life.
