Colossians 1:15-20 Luke 5:33-35

Self-discipline is necessary for all who set out upon the way of truth and righteousness and self-giving. But all continuing faithful in the way will find that self-giving gives way to love for I, the Father’s Word Incarnate and Incarnate Love, am by their side and – with and in Our Holy Spirit – lead, guide and progress them in eternal life.

Yet love is more stringent, challenging and demanding than any rule or discipline. The Son of Man has shown the way in His incarnate life, and from His honoured place at the Father’s side calls each one of the Father’s beloved sons and daughters to the Father’s redeeming, sanctifying purpose in the joy and the dynamic of Our love.

Let Love Incarnate be your light and guide and lead you to the fulness of the Father in the power of Our loving Holy Spirit.
