James 6:15-29. Mark 10:17-27

The word of the Father gives you grace and truth in response to prayer and absolute self-giving. Self-giving must be learnt and practised: it takes a life-time to mature in it. Pray for the Father's will and loving purpose to be done in and through you in the ones to whom He sends you. Each child of man is called to be in continuous relationship with family and friends and neighbours and those beyond these close relationships through prayer - as they are led and guided.

Through humility of mind and heart the way is to be found to full and fruitful living. Pray for the faith and trust and simplicity of little children and live daily in the power of Our saving, sanctifying love.
