Be satisfied with nothing but following truth as it is presented to your heart and mind. Desire truth with your whole being and integrity, and let integrity and loving -kindness fill your whole being. Integrity and loving-kindness will bring you to the haven which you seek.

I speak to every child of man, and charge each one to look for truth in everything presented to the mind, and respond in love and in self-giving to the challenges of daily life. You are a treasured thought within the Father's heart before time was. Through My Indwelling and the light and guiding of Our Holy Spirit you are called to fullness and perfection in the Kingdom of eternal life and light and love.
