Friday, June 24th

The time-span for everyman is determined according to the work he is assigned to do. So there should be no thought or anxiety concerning this matter in the minds of the committed ones. Time and opportunity for service and fulfilment are given to each according to the work and responsibility offered him. The rest is irrelevant. So it is with health and strength.

Overriding and orientating all activity should be the utter commitment of the very heart of the being to that which it is given to do and to accomplish. And to discover the nature of this work is as important to the expediting of it For in knowing and understanding the particular personal contribution each is required to make is at the same time knowing something of the pattern of the whole ; Its shape and pattern can be learned in no other way but at the Father's feet. And the mental and physical ability to carry it through can be received only from His hands, however it is ministered in the earthly sphere.

So you see the lesson which needs to be learned and understood in depth by you and by all the children of the Father: His will is all, and to live it out in loving commitment, with thanksgiving, the joyful challenge of life for yourself and for all your brothers and sisters who live and work in and through Our life and love now and through eternity.
