"Now on that same day two of the disciples were going to a village called Emmaus…….talking with each other about all these things that had happened. While they were talking Jesus Himself came near and went with them: but they did not recognise Him."
Luke 24:13-16

Many today reason about the Truth which lies behind all truth. And I, the Light of the world, am present in every instance to lighten the way to understanding. And when the desire in the heart is for truth for its own sake, for its own intrinsic value and not to use for some secondary purpose, there can I guide into the centre of all understanding, namely the heart of the Father by way of Our Holy Spirit through My saving, risen life in love.

And as the truth is unfolded according to the perception of the seeker and his ability to respond grows and develops, so does the Kingdom of the Father grow and prosper in the life of the seeker, and flows beyond into the life of the community in which he lives and works.

Purity of heart and commitment to the truth as it is understood at the time and an eager looking for deeper understanding and commitment - here is the key to progress in the life of the Kingdom : all gifts and power and knowledge - and joys - flow from this disposition, for it is the soil in which the soul's character and nature can grow and develop and mature.
