Sunday, April 8th
The crowd that went ahead and the others that came behind raised the shout, "Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessings on Him who comes in the Name of the Lord!
Hosanna in the Heavens"
Matthew 21:9

I came not to call the righteous but sinners to repentance: and the greatest need of every chid of the Father the world over in every nation, race and faith is to know his need of repentance. My salvation is for all who desire and seek it: I bring the Father's forgiveness and blessing through My self-giving love.

So let all the beloved children of the Father perfect their humanity by identifying in joy with the source and means of their redemption. And let all who thus rejoice today and whenever they thankfully recall the acclamations to My royal progress pray in depth for all who turn away from Our loving invitation to redeemed self-hood.

Herein is blessing and joy through time and eternity. Sorrows and sadness, pain and suffering will not be diminished for the faithfully committed. But they will be as a storm that passes, and they will serve but to bind more closely to the Father's heart those who reflect My suffering Presence in all they encounter.

Rejoice, then, today, not despite the knowledge of what lies ahead for the Son of Man but because of it. And let that joy pervade all life and work and experience through My saving love.
