1 John 3:14-18. Matthew 25:31-40

Let the welfare of your brother, friend and neighbour be your concern in all things, second only to your faithfulness to your commitment to the will and loving purpose of your Heavenly Father. All who are in Me and I in them gradually discover, as they seek the way of faithfulness and obedience, that these are not two things but one. And as the true disciple serves his friend and neighbour and the needy constantly at his door he discovers that he is serving me and – through Me – the Father too.

Let the faithful in Our love rejoice in this. But let the selfish and self-centred soul beware and turn and receive the gift of Our self-giving love. So shall We welcome him in the Kingdom of Eternal Love at he end of time.
