Phil. 4:4-9. Matt. 8:1-5

As you desire the Father's will to be done in you and in the Father's world so will you increasingly realise the need for prayer in all things. So will you mark out special times each day for opening mind and heart to Our indwelling, realising Our presence with you at all times and in all places. So will Our peace be yours in every circumstance and situation.

Seek service and fulfilment through simplicity and humility. You have nothing which has not been given you by the Father. Rejoice in this and glorify His Holy Name. Realise My constant presence in your heart and mind through prayer and sacrament, in silent contemplation and in absolute self-giving.
