The Triumph of the Cross

Numbers 21:4-9. Philippians 2:6-11. John 3:13-17

The Father loved the world into existence, and continually creates through love: continuously His love is poured into the world He is creating. And for love He gave His beloved and loving Son to live in His beloved world and die for its redemption. In love I came and in obedience to the Father's will and loving purpose I lived and died: in love He raised Me from the dead and now I give My risen life to redeem all faithful in the way of truth and in self-giving.

Meditate upon the mystery of this glorious reality and let Us draw you into deeper understanding and self-giving. Here is the open secret of the perfect life, identifying with the suffering, triumphant Son of Man in all things and with joy and thanksgiving.
