Tuesday, October 7th
Jonah 3:1-10. Luke 10:38-42

The word is constantly spoken to the sons of men. Many hear and turn away but many listen and are led into the way of truth as they obey and commit their mind and heart to follow faithfully.

And I lead the faithful into paths of knowledge and of understanding. In quietness and confidence is their strength, in meditation and in contemplation I communicate the love which is My Presence in the soul.

The Father draws both active and contemplative into the fellowship of love as they are faithful to His will and loving purpose, and He imparts unselfishness and generosity of heart and mind to all obedient to the word within their soul.
