Baruch 5:1-9. Philippians 1:3-6,8-11. Luke 3:1-6

Prepare your heart and mind that Love may come afresh into your soul and increase your wisdom and your understanding. So will you come to that perfection the Father looks for in His sons and daughters, and glorify Him in your fulfilment.

And you will know the joy of those who have attained - as you continue faithful in fellowship of all within the Father's Kingdom. Sorrow and pain are suffered for a season in all human life, but joy comes in the morning and it binds together all who have faithfully triumphed in the power of Our saving, sanctifying love.

Rejoice, then, in all things and in every situation, and scan your spiritual horizon for the light of the Father's glory.
