Strong leadership must always be conditioned by humility and by sensitivity. You are called to be and to become and do all the Father wills. His will is love: the power of love is in common concern and self-giving for others. Not infrequently that self-giving means suffering and sometimes even death. But most are called to lead and follow in the life and light and joy of Our Indwelling until they come to fullness and maturity of life eternal.
