Daniel 5:1-6, 13-14, 16-17’ Luke 21:12-19

The Lord your God is King: worship, Him, serve Him, and realise that judgment is constantly pronounced on your faithfulness and obedience in all things. You are not your own: bought at a price no earthly mind can conceive or fully understand you are called to absolute commitment and self-giving to Him who loved you into being and calls you to His Presence and His service in and through His Love and the grace and power of Our Holy Spirit.

Do not be found wanting when your judgment comes: each moment you are judged by your response to a circumstance or opportunity. Pray that the good purpose of the Father’s perfect will be fulfilled in you and in all you love and pray for and in all you are given to do and suffer. And remember, ‘I am with you always, even to the end of time and in the fulness of eternity’.
