Ash Wednesday
Joel 2:12-18. 2 Cor. 5:20-6:2. Mark 6:1-6, 16-18

You are called and challenged by the Word of Life to prepare your heart and mind to receive that which We wish to give and become that which the Father desires to make you. He offers you - each and every one - a unique self-hood in the power of Our saving, sanctifying love and the presence in your soul of Incarnate Love and His Incarnate Word to bring this to fulfilment and perfection. This is the point and purpose of all life and is progressed in all who seek the way of truth and power to follow where We lead and guide to the fulness of unending joy and love in Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

So in humility and love and self-giving present yourself before Him who seeks to perfect you: in silence and in prayer, in worship with the one and many, be open to the joyful discipline of Our saving, sanctifying love.
