Tuesday, June 26th

But the glory and the triumph are seen and experienced only in part by the faithful, committed wayfarers. For not only is the totality of joy too great for the human mind and heart to conceive envisage but the whole is temporarily marred by the condition of imperfection and awaits the transformation which will occur at the end of time.

Until then all waits and works and suffers in hope, and the faithful in love trustingly and willingly endure the birth pangs of eternity, not only for themselves but for the whole of human kind.

For as I lived and suffered and died, so did I offer a pattern of progress and identification with the Father's loving purpose. All must first know within themselves that death to self which liberates their inner being to grow and progress in the life which brings them into eternity and across the chasm of death to the Father's presence of light and joy.

And each is given a share in the cost of man's redemption and called to identify with the suffering. But the part of each is but a shoulder laid under the cross-bar of the instrument of suffering and death. For I am the bearer of the burden of the pain of all, the transformer of the pain in the glorious work of redemption.
