Jesus said, "I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser.
Every branch that bears no fruit He cuts away,
and every branch that does bear fruit He prunes to make it bear even more."
John 15:1

See this at work in your life and in the experience of groups and communities. All life comes from the Father, and even the branch that bears no fruit has glorified Him by its existence and growth to what it has become.

Consider the branches as your life and work in Me. All is good according to Our light and empowering. All is for the well-being of the one and the many. But as circumstance and situation change, so must the need for pruning, and even for incision and cutting away.

Regard every circumstance, undertaking and relationship in this light, and though the going may sometimes be hard and even painful it will reap the reward of fruitfulness in and through the power of Our love and the Father's loving purpose, "Whoever remains in Me, with Me and in Him bears fruit in plenty".
