The healing of the paralytic
Mark 2:1-12

See the stages in the recreation of a child of the Father who seeks healing and wholeness: first he is brought to My Presence through his own willed desire and through the thoughtful, caring co-operation of his friends. He reaches down to the corners of his heart and mind to dredge up all that is causing hurt and harm in the deep recesses of his soul, offering the findings to me for annihilation and himself for forgiveness and blessing. Then as the soul is cleansed, healed and restored, the whole being is whole again, ready, able and willing to obey the first direction given him by God's Living Loving word. There is more good yet to be seen, for with the cleansing, healing and restoration is the enlivening witness made by the circumstance to other children of the Heavenly Father which itself produces joy and thanksgiving and new faith.

There is a wholeness of personality and soul which does not include a healing of the body, just as many are sick and ailing who have the appearance of health and fitness. Let those who wonder and question seek the answer in Me: most often those who are whole in their inner being though ailing in the body have the deep understanding of their true well-being. And they are able to transmit this faith and understanding to others, thereby extending the boundaries of the Kingdom of joy.
