Friday, August 11th

Resist at all costs the uncommitted day, the unsanctified hour. Regard every minute as a gift for purposeful use. And there is no more vital, purposeful activity than quiet abandon in the presence of the Father. Engage in this often before and after your many and various undertakings and you will find a new vitality and a ready and refreshed and orientated self.

Recall frequently that you are as a ship set on your Heavenly Father's sea. All that is above and beneath the sea is His; His winds blow, His light and protective darkness are over all. And I am the pilot of the craft of all who commit themselves in faith and loving trust and continual commitment. Our Holy Spirit penetrates the depth of all things and beings, uniting and subsuming all that is.

Regard all people as the children of your Heavenly Father, sons of the Kingdom and your brothers and sisters by virtue of their humanity. Look for this image in them and relate to them each and every one whom you meet all in life's way in your daily coming and going. Then the light and love of Our Presence will flow between you, Our Kingdom established, extended and enriched as you communicate and become a highway for Our progress.
