1 Kings 19:1-8. Ephesians 4:30-5:2. John 6:41-51

Take what We offer for progress in the way and be constantly poised for action in the Father's service. Our Holy Spirit cleanses and refines the inner being, illumines, leads and guides all faithfully committed in Our redeeming, sanctifying love.

And I am the food of your wayfaring. Take Me constantly, humbly and joyfully into the centre of your being. I feed and strengthen, inform and teach and bring all faithful through Our word to do the Father's will according to His loving purpose. And in the Sacrament of My Presence I bring to life eternal and unite in the mystery of Our Godhead all faithful of all times and places in joy and peace and everlasting love.
