Listen to the sounds about you, beloved of the Father, and ask Our Holy Spirit to explain and interpret them to you. Hear the Father's creative voice in men and nature and recognise His healing and enwholing power in His service. Realise that the very air you breathe comes from the Father's creative breath and that Our Holy Spirit breathes life into your soul as you respond in faith and love and self-giving.

Listen to the Father's message to your heart and mind and practise stillness in the deep places of your soul that We may enter and commune with you in the deep quietness of eternity and communicate the riches of eternal love.
