Genesis 37:3-4,12-13,17-28. Matthew 21:33-43, 45-46

Suppress at once the unkind thought, the cruel deed: I speak to every one of the Father’s beloved sons and daughters. All are children of His love – one and all – and all are called to care about the well-being of each other according to the Father’s loving purpose. To hate is to destroy and those who hate destroy their own souls in and through their hating.

The Word of the Most High calls for fellowship and friendship between His sons and in families, communities and peoples. He calls to love and self-giving and the building of His Kingdom in His world through Love’s indwelling and the light and guiding of Our Holy Spirit. How can those who hate become citizens of His Kingdom? They exclude themselves and become lost in the darkness of their own making.

The Word of the Most High was spoken in time that all might have life and have it in abundance. I, His Word and Love Incarnate, am that Word in time and though eternity. Listen then, and respond through Love’s indweling and the light and guiding of Our Holy Spirit.
