Exodus 16:1-5,9-16. Matthew 13:1-9

All that is necessary for body, mind and spirit is provided by your Heavenly Father according to His will and loving purpose. But it is necessary to realise your dependence on Him and His love for you , and that you stay close to him, believing trusting and in absolute self-giving.. So has it been from the beginning, so is it now and shall be till the end of time.

We will refresh your springs of action as you seek faithfulness in mind and heart, and We will feed you with the bread of Our Very Presence as you continue faithful. So shall We bring you, in due time, to that fullness and perfection which you are promised : I speak to one, I speak to every one of the Father's beloved sons and daughters.
