Genesis 27:1-5,15-29. Matthew 9:14-17

The Father blesses all who come to Him in love and in self-giving and He brings all committed to integrity and truth into His Kingdom. He over-rides the sin of sinful man according to His will and loving purpose and makes it serve the end He chooses. His wisdom goes beyond all human understanding, His loving kindness may often be perceived in suffering and sadness. Each child of man is free to act as he desires and purposes : the Father's over-riding love embraces both the sinner and its consequences, making use of sin in the fulfilment of His holy will.

Joy is the hall-mark of the faithfully committed in love and in self-giving. The need for discipline is seen as love increases. Seek love above all things and all things will be given, according to the Father's will and loving purpose.
