1 Samuel 8:7-10, 22. Mark 2:1-12

The Lord your God is king and has sovereignty over all He has created But He has given the sons and daughters of His love choice to seek out His loving purpose and unite with Him and with each other in establishing His Kingdom of eternal life in His created world or of fulfilling their own unenlightened devices.

For all who stray from the way offered or deliberately reject His will and loving purpose there is a way of return through turning and returning to Our light and leading in the grace and power of Our redeeming, sanctifying love.

Recall the words of the Lord of All, “Come back, keep peace, and you will be safe: in stillness and in staying quiet - there lies your strength”. Let one and all return to the hope of their high calling in love and in self-giving.
