Friday, May 27th
St. Augustine of Canterbury
1 Thess. 2:2-8. Matt. 9:35-37

The Father calls each one of His beloved sons and daughters to fulfilment of their life in Him and fellowship with one another. And I have come into the Father's world to make this possible, for through My life on earth, My death, My risen life I offer pattern for the way, forgiveness through my saving death and the dynamic to identify the Father's will and power to do it. This is the gospel offered to each child of man in every race and faith and place and time. Be challenged by it and respond to it as you are led and guided.

Pray for faithfulness and obedience in the way, that you may come into the fullness of eternal life and light and love and become a means of Our ministry in others. Such is the Father's loving purpose for all who respond in love and in self-giving.

Sing alleluia, and rejoice.
