Daniel 9:1-10. Luke 6:36-38

Learn what love is through obedience and self-giving. The Father's constancy and compassion are your inheritance, ceaselessly available to all who seek the truth and power to walk in it. He loves each one of His beloved sons and daughters into His most glorious world; He enfolds and undergirds all committed to His will and loving purpose. And He receives back into His embrace all who culpably stray and return in penitence and commitment to the way. So has it been from the beginning so is it now and shall be till the end of time.

And this same love is offered all the sons and daughters of the Father that they may love each other in depth and with compassion, generously forgiving and offering all they have and all they are in loving service.
