Luke 21:20-28

The times will indeed be hard at the end of the age for all the Father's children the world over. The cause is the selfishness, self-centredness and the evil intent of the few in every generation and every place. Such is not the Father's will, for He created the earth to be a fair garden, to glorify Him in joy, and where His beloved children learn to serve Him and each other throughout time and in eternity.

But if the suffering be inevitable, sharp and painful, the horizon dark in prospect and reality, yet will the time and experience of the great circumstance be limited. Even those who sought their soul's destruction will know the shortening of their right reward, for they will cease to be upon the midnight of the earth's existence. Corrupt and evil men will be no more, their shadow no longer hiding the light of the Father's love and glory.

And He will gather all the children of His love from every corner of His suffering world : the strong, the weak, the healthy and the ailing, the rich and the poor, black, white and every tribe and nation - all who have sought to love and serve, responding to Our voice along the way - will be perfected, and rejoice in joy and love in the eternal glorious Presence of the Lord of All.
