……..Through Jesus Christ Our Lord………

So you pray in the many prayers you address to the Father. And so has the Church prayed down the ages. And it is right that this should be done, for I gather up and present to the Father in My redeeming love all that is given me to offer by the children of the Father.

But those who seek My aid in this great cosmic work should let Me reveal more of Myself, of the love which is the meaning of all things, and of the ways which the Father's ongoing, dynamic purpose of all-embracing love are to be realised.

And the key is in My life, My teaching, My ministry; for each and every life of the Father's children should be a reflected pattern of My life. And the power and all-embracing love, through Our Holy Spirit, enables this pattern to be realised as each soul makes itself ready and open to receive it. Each pattern differs from the next, but possesses a likeness which unites it with the whole, and without the whole is incomplete.

So the refrain ending the prayer of each disciple of Me must be understood in depth: not only is the suppliant asking for my intercessory aid before the Father, he is also identifying himself with the great cosmic purpose of redemption and resurrection which centres and suffers and triumphs in and through my Person. Even so do I glorify he Father. Even so is Our love made perfect in Perfect Union.
